It's been a long time coming, but we finally decided to call a
realtor and set the ball in motion, no matter how
long it will be rolling in these real-estate-challenged times!

Your girls are just too cute! If God wants you to move it won't take long. We sold our house on our own and only had the sign in the yard for 2 months. God is SO good! Praying that he'll bring the buyers. :)

Poor Luca! That is no fun. Her showing that beautiful smile so soon after just shows what a special spirit she has! Good luck with the selling of your house! My condo's been on the market almost 4 months now. I hope yours sells quicker!
