Goodness, people...it's been a while for an update from our neck of the woods! Not really sure how the summer went and got so busy on us, but it done did it! Here's a quick low-down on some of our 'picture-worthy' activities.

Circus
While some people have the circus "come to town," our town IS the circus! The circus is serious business around these parts (in the loosest of terms, of course). In fact, the wagons used in the recent movie W@ter for Elephants came from none other than OUR circus! My sister scored some free tix, so we checked it out.
What's a day at the circus without a little hatchet throwing? :)

Tucker and Brenin have been OBSESSING about taking our "Elf on the Shelf" up north and busting him in action. Seriously...OBSESSING!!! Brenin hauled all her spy gear, and the two had been reading up and making plans for weeks before the trip. Apparently these little guys are busy YEAR-ROUND, because he was on the move all weekend! No rest for a Christmas elf!
Opened my eyes in the morning to THIS beautiful view!
